LX32F427/425/423 Series

The LX32F427/425/423 series is a high-performance industrial MCU running at up to 240 MHz. It provides up to 1 MB Flash and 448 KB SRAM, along with high-speed ADCs, DACs, and multiple communication interfaces, including Ethernet, CAN, USB OTG, and an enhanced EMMC interface for external memory or FPGA connectivity. The APM32F425 also features zero-wait-state Flash for faster real-time program execution. Designed for demanding industrial applications, this series is ideal for PLCs, servo drives, drones, robotics, energy storage BMS, and more.
